Careboost delivers NDIS supports with a focus on safety, consistency, and participant choice. Our services are designed to support people with complex needs through structured care planning, trained support workers, and clear communication with families and support coordinators.

Registered NDIS Provider
Careboost is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants with complex care needs through high intensity daily supports, clinical and complex care services, and SDA. Our approach focuses on safe service delivery, structured care planning, and respectful person-centred supports that promote independence and quality of life.
An NDIS planning meeting is a conversation with the NDIA or Local Area Coordinator to discuss your goals, support needs, and funding requirements. The meeting helps determine what supports will be included in your NDIS plan so you can access services that support your independence and daily living.
NDIS funding can be managed in three ways: NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed. Each option provides different levels of flexibility and responsibility when paying for supports and providers.
Once your NDIS plan is approved, you can begin connecting with registered providers such as Careboost to deliver your supports. Your plan will outline the services you are funded for and how those supports can be delivered.
